501(c)(3) nonprofits can now apply to participate in the Trail Blazers Foundation’s 5050 Raffle for the 26/27 NBA Season. If your organization’s mission aligns with our Foundation’s efforts, your nonprofit can provide 20-25 volunteers to sell raffle tickets in Moda Center for 4+ hours on a Trail Blazers home game night, and you can meet the parameters covered in the application below, you are welcome to apply.

Please complete this 5050 application by Tuesday, September 22nd to be considered. Organizations will be notified by the end of September 2026.

Participating organizations will split proceeds with the Foundation and receive 25% of the net jackpot raised on their game night. Please review the application for other details about the raffle. If you have additional questions after reviewing it, please contact jhustin.custodio@trailblazers.com.
